What happens after I book online?
Continue to the live calendar to choose an available time and enter your details. Save the on-page estimate and send photos so we can verify the scope and lock a written quote before the job. Nothing is charged at booking; payment is due only after accepted work is complete.
How does the Price-Lock work?
Once we verify the items and access from your photos, that quote is a ceiling for the scope shown. If the actual job differs materially, we state any revised price before loading and you can say no with zero charge.
Can you really come today?
Any current same-day openings appear in the live booking calendar. The calendar is the source of truth for current availability.
What can't you take?
We do not accept paint, chemicals, gasoline, propane, other hazardous material, or firearms. We do take furniture, appliances, e-waste, mattresses, yard waste and common construction debris — heavy or oversized material gets its own quote first. See the full items and exclusions guide.
When are appointments available?
The live calendar shows the current service windows. Availability varies with route, load type, daylight and disposal-facility hours.
