Quotes & pricing
The online estimator is an instant estimate based on the size, items, and access details you select. It is not a quote.
The Price-Lock. When you send photographs and we reply with a written quote, that quote is a price ceiling for the scope shown in those photographs: the final price may be lower at the curb, but it will not exceed the quote for that scope. A photo-verified quote is valid for 14 days from the date we send it. The scope “differs materially” when there are items, quantities, materials or access conditions that the photographs and your description did not show — for example additional items, a longer carry, stairs not previously mentioned, or material requiring special handling. If that happens we will state the revised price before anything is loaded, and you may cancel at no charge. Load prices are all-in and include handling for mattresses, refrigerant appliances and tires. Heavy material (concrete, dirt, roofing) and oversized work are priced by weight and quoted before we load. Current prices are on our pricing page.
Reservations & cancellation
Booking online takes $25 off your price automatically. Nothing is charged at the time of booking. Current appointment windows appear in the live calendar; a request is not accepted until you receive confirmation.
Cancelling or rescheduling is free up to 2 hours before your appointment window starts. Call or text (949) 991-JUNK. No deposit is taken and no cancellation fee is charged. If you cancel with less than 2 hours’ notice, or nobody is there to meet the crew, we may ask you to rebook — there is still no charge for the cancelled visit.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of junk-removal service, after your walk-through. We accept major credit and debit cards, and cash. Dump-trailer rentals and landscape-material deliveries are not currently offered.
Unpaid balances. Work is performed before payment, so an unpaid balance is a debt for services already delivered and material already disposed of. Balances unpaid more than 15 days after completion may carry a finance charge of 1% per month (12% per year) or the maximum rate permitted by California law, whichever is lower. If we have to pursue an unpaid balance you agree to pay reasonable collection costs and attorney’s fees. Disputing or reversing a card charge for work that was completed and accepted at the walk-through does not cancel the debt.
What we can't take
We cannot accept paint, chemicals, gasoline, propane tanks, or other hazardous materials, and cannot transport firearms. Electronics, tires, refrigerant appliances, mattresses, treated wood and heavy material are accepted only when a suitable lawful destination, weight, access and safe-handling plan have been confirmed for that job.
What you are telling us
By booking a job you confirm that: you own the items to be removed, or you have full legal authority to have them removed and disposed of; no other person — a tenant, co-owner, heir, lender or lienholder — has a claim to them; and you have the right to authorise access to the property. Where the items are former tenants’ property, you confirm that any notice and holding period required by California Civil Code sections 1980–1991 has been completed before we arrive. You also confirm that the hazardous-material and access statement you tick when booking is accurate. If any of this turns out not to be the case, you agree to cover any resulting claim, loss or cost we incur.
Property & liability
We treat your property with care. Items removed become our property upon removal and are routed to donation, recycling or authorized disposal when accepted by the relevant recipient or facility, unless otherwise agreed in writing for estate holds or set-asides.
Reporting damage. If we damage your property, tell the crew before they leave where possible, and in any case notify us in writing at (949) 991-JUNK within 72 hours of the job, with photographs. We will document the claim and respond promptly. Claims first reported after 72 hours may not be able to be verified.
Limit of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by California law, our total liability arising out of or relating to any job — whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise — is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for that job or $1,000. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost business, delay, or missed closing or moving dates, even if we were advised such damages were possible.
Pre-existing condition and unavoidable contact. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects, for items that are already broken, unstable or improperly stored, or for damage that cannot reasonably be avoided when removing an item through the access route you have shown us — for example an item that will not fit through a doorway without contact. Where we believe that risk exists, we will tell you before we start and you may decline the work at no charge.
Your responsibilities. Please remove or point out valuables, fragile items and anything you intend to keep before we begin. Items you ask us to take are taken as final; we cannot retrieve items once they have been disposed of.
No warranties. Except as expressly stated in these terms, our services are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under California law.
Acceptance and changes
By booking a job, continuing to the booking calendar, or having us perform work, you agree to these terms as they stand on that date. We may update them; the version in force is the one published here when your job is booked, and the effective date above tells you when it last changed. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
