Washer or dryer: from $129, or $104 with the online discount. A fridge or freezer is the same price — refrigerant handling is included in the load price, with no separate fee. Appliances must be fully disconnected and safely accessible before pickup. Refrigerant appliances, stairs and unusually heavy units require manual approval before a job is accepted.
Refrigerant appliances need a disposal-facility check before the job is accepted. Choosing a load size gives you an estimate; it does not replace that review.

Refrigerant appliances require a suitable lawful destination and certified handling, which is included in the load price. We confirm facility acceptance before approving the request; if we cannot confirm it, we do not accept that appliance.
Does it need to be disconnected first?
Yes. Power, water and gas connections must be safely disconnected before pickup. Use the appropriate qualified trade professional when a connection requires one; we do not disconnect or cap live utilities.
Will a retailer take the old appliance?
Some retailers offer haul-away with a new appliance purchase. Check their order terms, item-condition rules and connection requirements first; if that option does not fit, send us the appliance and access details for review.
