Pricing & booking
How much does junk removal cost in Orange County?
Our published, all-in Orange County prices: small pickup (one item or a few bags) $129, or $104 booked online; 1/4 load $299 / $274 online; 1/2 load $549 / $524; 3/4 load $799 / $774; full load (about 4–5 pickup loads) $999 / $974. Labor, loading, hauling, disposal and sweep-up are included. Heavy material such as concrete, dirt or roofing is priced by weight; call or text for that.
How much does it cost to remove a couch, mattress or refrigerator?
One couch, mattress, fridge, dresser or similar item is a small pickup: $129, or $104 when booked online. Mattress, box-spring, refrigerant-appliance and tire handling is included, with no separate fee. Several pieces together move up to a 1/4 load ($299, or $274 online). Send a photo and we confirm the size and the carry path before loading.
Why is the online price cheaper?
Online bookings cost us less to handle than phone tag, so we pass $25 back to you. It comes off automatically on every online booking — there is no promo code to find.
Is the quote really locked?
The online estimator is based on the size and items you select. A photo-verified written quote is your Price-Lock ceiling for the scope shown: it can drop at the curb, but it does not rise. If the scope is materially different, we name the revised number before loading anything, and you can cancel free.
What's the $25 online discount?
It comes off automatically when you book online instead of by phone — no promo code, every booking. Nothing is charged when you book: the job is pay-after, not pay-before.
Service & scheduling
Can you really come today?
Any current same-day openings appear in the live booking calendar. The calendar is the source of truth; call if you need help choosing the next available option.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes — free up to 2 hours before your window starts. Call or text (949) 991-JUNK. There is no deposit and no cancellation fee.
When are appointments available?
The live calendar is the source of truth. Windows vary with route, load type, safe daylight and disposal-facility hours.
What areas do you serve?
Orange County, California. We travel to the address, so availability is confirmed after the exact address, items, photos and access are reviewed. Find your city on the Orange County service areas page; the same published prices apply everywhere we work.
How do I choose a junk removal company in Orange County?
Compare the written price, what it includes (labor, hauling, disposal and sweep-up), proof of licensing and insurance, and real photos of completed work. Our guide to choosing a junk removal company lists the questions to ask before you book anyone.
What do you take — and not take?
Common furniture, appliances, mattresses, e-waste, yard waste and construction debris are reviewed for material, weight, access and safe handling. Oversized, very heavy or dismantling requests need manual approval. We do not accept paint, chemicals, gasoline, propane, other hazardous material, or firearms. See the full items and exclusions guide and Orange County's separate household hazardous-waste guidance.
Do I need to be home?
Someone 18 or older must be present for anything inside a garage, home, side yard or other access-controlled area. Items already outside at the curb may qualify for no-contact pickup after clear photos, a written scope, safe access and payment arrangements are approved.
How do you avoid property damage?
We review the carry path, access and existing condition before work begins and sweep the work area afterward. If an item or route cannot be handled safely with the people and equipment scheduled, we pause and discuss another option.
Do you sell my information to another hauler?
No. We do not sell your request to a lead network. We review the scope and confirm whether the business can safely perform the job before accepting it.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — licensed and insured. Realtors and property managers can discuss job requirements on our vendor-services page.
Specialty programs
Can I rent the dump trailer?
Not currently. Rental reservations will remain paused until the agreement, insurance, placement, weight-control and city-specific operating requirements are complete.
Do you deliver rock, sand or gravel?
Not currently. Material-delivery orders will remain paused until the seller-permit, sales-tax, payload and supplier procedures are complete.
Payment & after the job
How do I pay?
Any major card, or cash — after the job is done and you've walked the spot. Never before.
Where does my stuff go?
Usable items are prioritized for donation when a recipient accepts them; receipts are available when that organization provides one. Metal and mattresses are routed to appropriate recyclers when accepted, and the rest is disposed of at authorized facilities.
What if something gets damaged?
Tell the crew before they leave if you can, and let us know in writing within 72 hours with photos, on the same local number you have used all along. We document what happened, review it directly with you, and work promptly toward a fair resolution. Our full terms set out how claims are handled and the limit that applies — see Terms of Service.
