Your before-arrival checklist.

• Separate what goes from what stays.Put small valuables, keys, documents and keepsakes aside. Label items that must stay and walk us through the removal items before loading.
• Confirm you can authorize the removal.Make sure the items are yours to remove or you have the owner’s permission. Tell us about any ownership questions before the visit.
• Clear and describe the carry path.Keep doors, hallways, stairs and gates accessible. Arrange any elevator reservation, building access and permitted parking needed for the appointment.
• Prepare appliances safely.Empty appliances and arrange safe disconnection from power, water or gas before removal. Use a qualified professional where needed; tell us beforehand if an item is still connected or built in.
• Arrange someone to meet us.Someone 18 or older must be present for inside or access-controlled areas. Curbside no-contact pickup requires prior approval of the photos, scope, safe access and payment arrangements.
• Keep the work area ready.Keep children and pets away from the carry path. Point out fragile surfaces, existing damage and anything that may be unstable. Leave the heavy lifting to us.
• Send changes before arrival.Added items, hidden material or a different access route can change the scope. Send an updated photo so we can review the change before loading.
• Plan for the final walk-through.Review the cleared area when the accepted work is complete. Payment is due afterward; major credit or debit cards and cash are accepted.
