What if you find something valuable or personal?
The written sorting plan should define what to keep and who can decide. Obvious photos, documents, jewelry, cash and similar personal items are set aside for review; firearms are not transported. Customers should remove known valuables before work because no sorting process can guarantee that every valuable item will be recognized.
Can you work while we're out of state?
Possibly. A remote job requires an authorized decision-maker, secure access, a written keep/set-aside/haul plan and an agreed documentation and payment process before acceptance.
Do you handle hoarding situations?
These require an in-person assessment. Biohazards, unsafe access, regulated material, specialized remediation or unavailable labor may require another provider, and the job may be declined.
How fast can you clear a house?
Timing depends on volume, sorting, access, and the number of loads. Tell us the target date during the walk-through and we will confirm a realistic schedule in writing.
