Show us the item, the stairs, the doorways, the gate, and how far it has to travel. Anything oversized, very heavy, or that needs taking apart we price by hand — and if it is not a job we can do safely with the crew and equipment booked, we tell you up front instead of showing up and backing out.

We plan the carry path before anything moves.
Before lifting, we review the route and existing condition. If an item cannot be moved safely with the people and equipment scheduled, we pause rather than force it through. The agreed work area is broom-swept afterward.
Furniture and household goods with life left in them are prioritized for donation when a local recipient accepts them. Receipts are available when the receiving organization provides one.

Curbside jobs may be reviewed for no-contact service.
Items already outside at the curb may qualify after clear photos, a written scope, safe access and payment arrangements are approved. Someone 18 or older must be present for anything inside a garage, home, side yard or other access-controlled area.
