Online and photo quotes are price ceilings under our Price-Lock guarantee: the final price may be lower at the curb but will not exceed the quote for the scope shown. If the actual job differs materially from what was described or photographed, we'll state a revised price before beginning work, and you may cancel at no charge. Published surcharges (mattresses, freon appliances, tires, heavy material by the ton) are listed on our pricing page.
The optional $25 online reservation holds your time window and is applied to your final invoice. It is fully refundable if you cancel at least 2 hours before your window, or any time we're unable to serve you. Our On-Time guarantee: if we miss your confirmed arrival window, $50 is deducted from your invoice.
Payment is due on completion of service, after your walk-through. We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, major cards, and cash. Trailer rentals require a signed rental agreement, photo ID, and a $200 refundable card hold.
We cannot accept paint, chemicals, gasoline, propane tanks, or other hazardous materials, and cannot transport firearms. Rental trailers additionally exclude tires and e-waste; dirt, concrete, and roofing must be loaded floor-level with a 2-ton maximum, and weight overages are billed at $115/ton.
We carry $1M general liability insurance and treat your property like it's ours. Any damage claim will be documented and resolved promptly. Items removed become our property upon removal and are donated, recycled, or disposed of at our discretion unless otherwise agreed in writing (estate holds, set-asides).
Garage Reset membership ($99/quarter) includes one visit per quarter of up to 1/4 load and may be canceled any time by text; cancellation stops future billing. Neighborhood Bundle (15% off) requires two or more homes on the same street serviced the same day. The 2-Hour Emergency option is limited to one slot per day and confirmed at booking.
