When you request a quote or book a job we collect what you give us: name, phone number, email, service address or ZIP, photos of items you want removed, and details about the job. Our website also collects standard analytics data (pages visited, device type, and referral source, including ad-campaign tags) when analytics tools are enabled.
To quote, schedule, and perform your service; to send booking confirmations and arrival updates by text or email; to process payments (handled by our payment processor — we never store card numbers ourselves); and to understand which advertising brings customers to us. We may text or email you about your active job; occasional service offers are sent only if you've booked with us, and you can opt out of marketing messages any time by replying STOP.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with anyone except the service providers needed to run the business (payment processing, scheduling, messaging, and analytics tools), and only for those purposes.
Before/after job photos may be used in our marketing only with identifying details removed (no faces, addresses, house numbers, or license plates). Tell us if you'd rather your job's photos never be used and we'll honor it.
